PENNET subscribers post messages, or post replies to messages relating to the wide variety of Environmental issues facing Pennsylvania. PENNET is easy to use and provides timely and valuable information. PENNET is open to all opinions on Pennsylvania's Environment, subject to the posting guidelines below.
